Shipping Details

All orders within the US - Complimentary standard shipping via USPS, UPS and Fedex. Expected delivery in 2-4 business days.

    All international orders -  $15 for standard shipping via DHL/UPS Express. Expected delivery in 4 to 7 Business Days.

     

    At HAN WEN STUDIO our priority is to provide exceptional customer service and deliver high-quality Accessories & garments. Please feel free to contact us during normal business hours with any questions. We make every effort to ensure that our website reflects actual stock levels. However, if we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 2-3 business days to arrange either a backorder or refund.

    Currently, HAN WEN STUDIO ships product worldwide. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses. Please ensure you provide a physical residential or business address with your order to assist with prompt shipping.
    Orders placed with HAN WEN STUDIO will be processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Orders received outside of these times will be processed within 1 business days. Every effort will be made to deliver your items within the specified window.

     

    Customs Duties:

    ( This information only applies to customers from outside of the US.)

    All applicable customs duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price, or more information can also be found through google.

    HAN WEN STUDIO cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.

     

    Returns & Exchange

    HAN WEN STUDIO will gladly accept all returns with or without a specific reason for a refund of store credits only. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchange of any kind on SALE items, items purchased with discount codes and store credit codes.

    For an exchange or refund of store credit, please return your items within 5 business days from receipt of your original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 5 business days from receipt of the original order. Items must be returned with all HAN WEN STUDIO tags and attached and items must be in new condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer.

    All returns must be sent with a HAN WEN STUDIO online store returns form. Please email shop@hanwenstudio.com to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. Please provide us with your reason and prove for the return & if you require an exchange.

    Please follow these instructions when returning an item to HAN WEN STUDIO:

    1. Place the online store return form you receive via email inside the return box
    2. Write your RA number on the outside of the box
    3. Return your item(s) to:

    Returns are exclusive of shipping costs unless it is due to a fault in the garment. All shipping costs for exchanges will be charged to the customer. Please allow 5-7 business days from the date of receipt of your return for all refunds and exchanges to be processed.
