At HAN WEN STUDIO our priority is to provide exceptional customer service and deliver high-quality garments. Please feel free to contact us during normal business hours with any questions. We make every effort to ensure that our website reflects actual stock levels. However, if we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within three business days to arrange either a backorder or refund.
Currently, HAN WEN STUDIO only ships product to addresses in the United States. We hope to offer international delivery in the very near future. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses. Please ensure you provide a physical residential or business address with your order to assist with prompt shipping.
Orders placed with HAN WEN STUDIO will be processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Orders received outside of these times will be processed on the next working day. Every effort is made to have your items delivered within the specified windows.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, HAN WEN STUDIO will gladly accept the return of your items for exchange or refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of any kind on SALE items.
For a full refund or exchange, please return your items within 14 days from receipt of your original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 14 days from receipt of the original order. Items must be returned with all HAN WEN STUDIO tags attached and items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer.
All returns must be sent with a HAN WEN STUDIO online store returns form. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. Please provide us with your reason for the return & if you require an exchange.
Please follow these instructions when returning an item to HAN WEN STUDIO:
- Place the online store return form you receive via email inside the return box
- Write your RA number on the outside of the box
- Return your item(s) to:
Refunds are exclusive of shipping costs unless it is due to a fault in the garment. All shipping costs for exchanges will be charged to the customer. Please allow 5-7 business days from the date of receipt of your return for all refunds and exchanges to be processed.
