All orders within the US - Complimentary standard shipping via USPS, UPS and Fedex. Expected delivery in 2-4 business days.
All international orders - $15 for standard shipping via DHL/UPS Express. Expected delivery in 4 to 7 Business Days.
At HAN WEN STUDIO our priority is to provide exceptional customer service and deliver high-quality Accessories & garments. Please feel free to contact us during normal business hours with any questions. We make every effort to ensure that our website reflects actual stock levels. However, if we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 2-3 business days to arrange either a backorder or refund.
Currently, HAN WEN STUDIO ships product worldwide. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses. Please ensure you provide a physical residential or business address with your order to assist with prompt shipping.
Orders placed with HAN WEN STUDIO will be processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Orders received outside of these times will be processed within 1 business days. Every effort will be made to deliver your items within the specified window.
